The Forthquarter is a multi-award winning project, widely recognised in the industry as one of the best examples of large-scale brownfield regeneration in the UK.

Awards to date include:

• The RICS International Regeneration Award 2004 (Jointly)

These prestigious awards recognise excellence in built environment projects and a commitment to value for money and sustainability. The Forthquarter regeneration was judged to have made a significant positive aesthetic and cultural impact upon the community.

• The British Council for Offices (BCO) Best Commercial Workplace (National and Best In Region)

At the 2004 office industry premier awards ceremony in London, Scottish Gas HQ was named as the national winner in the Best Commercial Workplace category and also received a "best in region" award in the same category.

• A Scottish Design Award (Interior, Centrica Building)

•Northern Builder and Engineer Award year(Regeneration)

Annual award ceremony hosted by Builder & Engineer Magazine to honour the best in the industry.
