Developing the Forthquarter site is a long-term project and involves the input and ideas from a wide range of companies:
- Foster & Partners – the world renowned team of Architects produced the first Master Plan for the Forthquarter and remain closely involved in reviewing and redrafting the plans to ensure continuing high standards and reflect planning and market demands.
- White Young Green – the international, multi-dicipline team of consultants provide a range of high quality engineering, environmental, planning, management and rail services to regeneration projects worldwide.
- Davis Langdon: Quantity Surveyors
- Savell Bird: Transportation Consultants provide advice and support on infrastructure and transport aspects for the development including street planning and the routing of the proposed tram lines in North Edinburgh
- Hyland Edgar Driver: Responsible for the initial design and landscaping of the 8 hectare parkland and the public plaza in front of Scottish Gas HQ
- Salisbury Jones: Planning and Listed Building Consultants assist and advise on all aspects of planning but particularly those involving or concerning listed structures on the site.
- CBRE: Planning & Development Consultants & Commercial agents market the Forthquarter and provide information and advice about design and build or land purchase options to businesses looking to invest in or relocate to the Forthquarter .
- DTZ Residential: Residential and Joint Agents market the Forthquarter as an investment opportunity for property developers and provide expert advice with in depth local knowledge and global presence maximising the Forthquarter’s exposure to the marketplace.
- McGrigors: Legal Advisors:
- Proscot - Public Relations and Marketing Consultants providing community liaison, advice and support and a dedicated Communication Centre for all aspects of the Forthquarter and other National Grid Property sites in Scotland and Northern England.
