Giving Waterfront Living a Go

20 June 2008

Forthquarter housing developers, Cruden, were among several local businesses and developers at ESPC’s Waterfront Living Event on 19 June 2008.

The successful event held at Loch Fyne Restaurant, attracted a steady stream of visitors who were all treated to free champagne and canapés upon arrival, as well as receiving goody bags from participating businesses.

Cruden showcased their Genesis development located at The Forthquarter, and attracted interest from first time buyers impressed with what Cruden had to offer. A stunning three bedroom duplex is on the market for £240,000 and boasts breathtaking views over the Firth of Forth and of The Forthquarter Park.
Similar Two and Three bedroom flats on the Genesis site are on the market for amounts comparable to a one bedroom city centre property, with generous incentives and discounts on offer right now.

Hosted by ESPC in conjunction with Lock Fyne Restaurant, the event gave potential house buyers a snapshot of waterfront living, providing free legal, financial and market insight as well as independent advice from the various exhibitors.
