TELFORD College has been given a prestigious award for its international work.

The Scottish Qualifications Authority awards celebrate success and commitment in education by individuals, schools, colleges, training providers and businesses.

Telford College began building its international programme in the early nineties and has one of the largest cohorts of international students in Scotland.

Assistant principal John Malone said: "This SQA award not only recognises our success in international recruitment and developing partnerships overseas, but also the key components of our international strategy and the assurance that our international students enjoy the experience."
